Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making any payments on our platform.


1. General Policy

Bharat Rozgar provides digital recruitment and employment-related services such as:

  • Job posting plans for employers

  • Resume access plans

  • Featured listings and candidate promotions

  • Premium membership for job seekers

Since these are digital and instant-access services, refunds or returns are generally not applicable once the payment has been processed and the service has been activated.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional cases:

  1. Duplicate payment:
    If the same payment has been deducted more than once due to a technical error.

  2. Payment failure:
    If the amount is debited but the service is not activated on your account within 48 hours.

  3. Service not delivered:
    If a purchased service is not provided due to a system error or technical issue from our side.

If any of the above applies, you can raise a refund request by contacting our support team at support@bharat-rozgar.com within 7 days of the transaction.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a user changes their mind after purchasing a service.

  • If the user has already used part of the purchased plan.

  • If the user has provided incorrect information during registration.

  • If no suitable job/candidate match is found (we do not guarantee hiring).

  • If the delay or issue is caused by third-party services or user negligence.

All services on Bharat Rozgar are provided as-is, and fees paid are considered for the time, resources, and access provided to the platform.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@bharat-rozgar.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”.

  2. Include your name, registered email ID, payment reference number, and reason for refund.

  3. Once verified, our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 working days.

  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription or plan renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or activated plan.
